In the year I've been going to Whittier Health Center for my medical, psychiatric, pharmaceutical, and Mass Health needs, I've been delighted by the care, friendliness, helpfulness, and competency of the staff at all levels. Waiting time to see either my physician or my psychiatrist is less than 10 minutes. The pharmacy takes longer: 30-45 minutes. Two months later. I'm still grateful for the competent and friendly health service I receive at Whittier, but if I knew how to remove one of the rating stars above, I'd do so because a patient has no way of communicating with doctors when outside the Center. If a patient has questions or concerns between appointments, he or she cannot reach Whittier, as it gives out only one useless phone number and provides no email addresses at all.

Dentist Department is the BEST Around in the area. I went for appointment with Dr. Abbe Finberg, and she is Outstanding. Compassionate and truly cares about her patients. I never had a dentist who truly cares and listens to the needs of her patients. Reffered another person to her and he said he couldn't believe how professional and polite she was also. Please give it a try, ask for her... 5 Diamonds Plus!

Great service. Attentive and reliable doctors. Great care and understanding of patient information. Been there for about 8 years and don't plan to go anywhere else!

I have been a patient at Whittier since 2002. It has been wonderful to watch the transformation. The staff are friendly and caring and the building is beautiful. I also use the gym which was opened recently. I like the diversity of the staff and I use the medical and dental services. Great community health care center!

The need to be a little bit more patient an have some compassion for the people new people come in an they even treat them bad that's not right but I can say it is clean an that's a plus but it's really not the place it some of the workers who make it bad for business an that's not good either I give 3 stars please in prove more

dr. lee is an accommodating & skillful acupuncturist. she has helped me with my chronic lower back pain. with her therapy, i am able to reduce my reliance on painkiller medications.
